The home includes the use of a minivan (Ford Windstar) as well as 2 bikes. The Pinellas Bike trail runs just close behind the house. This home is minutes from Honeymoon Island Beach (voted best beach in North America 2 years in a row) and close to the Clearwater Beaches.

Tampa International airport is 20 min. away and Orlando and its Disneyland attractions are about 1 hour drive. The home has a master with king bed and en-suite bathroom, two more bedrooms both with queen beds and a second bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, family room with t.v. and working fireplace as well as a 2 car garage with laundry. The very private yard is ideal for play and relaxation for both adults and children alike, including a 30' pool, ample sitting space, inlcluding a covered area (lanai) with barbeque. Shopping and restaurants are close by such as in the villages of Dunedin and quaint Tarpon Springs.

Tampa airport can be reached daily from Halifax by Air Canada, Westjet, Continental, United and Delta airlines. In the spring and fall seasons Canjet (operated by Air Transat) flies once per week directly to the Clearwater airport as well. After a short taxi ride you will arrive at your own Florida home for the week.
